Individual Excellence©
Individual Excellence© participants receive individual assessments that identify personal values, assumptions, beliefs and expectations that strongly influence (sometimes controlling) their actions in the business environment. Most of us assume we have little impact on the overall performance of the organization. But, each individual’s actions and assumptions directly affect your organization’s success or failure. After completing Individual Excellence© participants have a clear understanding of how their own behaviors, thoughts and actions encourage/discourage, create/destroy and enable/disable excellence in their individual pursuits, within teams, on committees and in organizations.
Team Excellence© focuses on individual roles within your organization’s teams. Participants discover the importance of having a “shared vision” and “sense of mission” for all team members. Team Excellence© participants develop tools for implementing team-based concepts, such as “shared leadership responsibility,” which results in an ethical foundation upon which every organization’s success depends. Participants complete Team Excellence© with clearer communication skills and tools for managing differences and conflict.
Operational Excellence© focuses on organizational culture. Most entities operate under a cloak of secrecy (either fearing takeover or failing to realize the importance of transparency) in an area which makes the most difference to its own members -- purpose. Operational Excellence© explores your organizational charter -- the mission, vision, values, strategy, operating goals and leadership structure. Participants personalize their roles within the organization by seeing where they are not responsibly implementing the charter.
Customer & Community Excellence©
Customer & Community Excellence© reveals where your organization can better market itself with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Often times, a duality exists between what the outside world believes about an organization and what the internal view happens to be. By having participants examine tangible and intangible elements that can fracture your organization’s corporate image, the duality disappears. In Customer & Community Excellence©, the corporate image becomes clearly defined.
Future Excellence©
Future Excellence© focuses on succession planning and strategic change. It is surprising to learn that many organizations still do not have operational plans for handling internal (managerial/employee) or external (economy/customer-base) obstacles to longevity. In Future Excellence©, participants distinguish and confront negative personal and group reactions to change management, uncertainty, and sabotage. Participants are then able to identify foundations necessary to stand the test of time and ensure your organization’s Future Excellence©.
